CREDAI NATIONAL
The Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) is the apex body of organized real estate developers having 11500 developers
as members through 156 city chapters spread across 23 States in the country. It is an autonomous organization responsible for promoting changes and reforms, creating and maintaining guidelines pertaining to integrity and transparency in business, representing issues and proactive policies before the government and other concerned authorities. CREDAI aims to bring in more growth and development into the industry, thereby ensuring continued and secure investment opportunities for the investor.

CREDAI has involved into a credible body and its views are taken into consideration by the Government of India while formulating policies concerning Real
Estate development. It has emerged as an organization like CII and FICCI and reforms suggested by CREDAI are considered for policies in urban development.
CREDAI is on several Consultative Committees of Government of India for the construction industry.
CREDAI has worked with Government of India in establishing National Skill Development Centre at Pune to train man power on various technical skills and has
trained over 5000 labourers till date.
CREDAI has launched MISSION TRANSPARENCY with intent to inculcate "Transparent practices in business". CREDAI has also introduced a "Code of Conduct" for
its members to follow an ethical business practice.

CREDAI KERALA
CREDAI Kerala is the state chapter of CREDAI and has local chapters at Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Thrissur and Kozhikode with about 160 Developers as members.
The fifth chapter is coming up in Palakkad. CREDAI Kerala is also actively involved in CSR activities through its NGO "CREDAI Clean City Movement" in solving solid waste management issues in High Rise
Apartments and gated communities. Ministry of Housing & Urban Development Govt. of India has listed CCCM as the successful decentralized waste management
system which can be followed. CCCM has won several awards and accolades from the Govt. of Kerala and other social organizations for the commendable work
put in this field. CREDAI Kerala has also initiated "Consumer Grievance Redressal forum" in all the chapters to address customer complaints.
